Another month is over and new one is beginning; time to make your November fitness goals! October ended with Hurricane Sandy taking over NYC, giving me a lot of time in my apartment (aka, a lot of time to do Insanity workouts). As November begins, I’m looking forward to continuing with Insanity (midway through week 2 of 9, still have a ways to go), plus lots of spin classes and hopefully some outdoor running which I’ve neglected since my half marathon.
