This week, I have NO plans. Aside from 2 AM spin classes, I’ve got nothing to do after work, nothing to do before work. Sounds lame right? Wrong. I’m actually very excited about this. Typically I have multiple spin classes to teach, dinners to go to and who knows what else, which is great, but every once in a while it’s nice to have no commitments. Of course I’ll be working out each day, but I’ve still got lots of time on my hands.
Because I’ve got all this time, I made a couple of health goals:
- Get Some Sleep: I normally go to bed around midnight, allowing myself about 5-6 hours of sleep. Not enough! This week the goal is to be in bed by 10:30pm every night.
- Cook every meal for myself: I’ve bough enough healthy ingredients to take care of cooking dinner (with enough left over for lunch) for the week. This plan will save me money & calories.
Let’s see how I do. So far, Monday was a success.
What do you do when you’ve got a plan-less week?
