We are now 5 days out from the Sharon Triathlon. I always try to strike that perfect pre-race balance of working out but keeping my muscles fresh and relaxed for race day. Here’s the plan:
- Sunday: Day Off
- Monday:Spin class, 2 mile run, 20 mile bike ride
- Tuesday: 4 mile run, light weight training
- Wednesday:1 hr Spin class, 30 minute swim
- Thursday: Spin class
- Friday: Spin class, light jog
- Saturday: Day Off (with maybe a short swim)
- Sunday: RACE!
