Last night was another edition of Bridal Bootcamp with C-Lo! Take a look at what we did:
Warm Up: 2 Mile Run in Central Park
Complete circuits #1-3 two times right after each other (with about a minute break in between). Do circuit #4 one time.
Circuit 1
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Lunges each side
- 30 Bicycle Crunches
- :60 Plank
Circuit 2
- :30 Plank (right side)
- :30 Plank (left side)
- :30 Plank (center)
- 10 Lunges each side
- 10 Burpees
Circuit 3
- 10 Lunges each side
- :60 Plank
- 30 Crunches
- 10 Push Ups
- 30 Bicycle Crunches
Circuit 4
- :60 V-Sit Incline Press (7.5 or 10 lbs)
- Side Plank with Weight (10 lbs)
- :60 Alternating Lunge & Squat while holding a 10 pound weight straight above your head
- :60 Plank with Single Arm Row (10 lbs)
This is a great do-anywhere workout. All you need are some weights for the final circuit. If you don’t have weights, try a big bottle of water. These sets are pretty challenging, when you tally the numbers, you’ve just done 40 push ups, 60 burpees, 100 lunges, and approximately 8 minutes worth of planks. The workout took us about 55 minutes.
