My evening in picture form. Otherwise known as Food, Exercise, Exercise, Food
Top Left: Pre-workout I needed a little something for energy. In a blender I mixed a Pure Protein Chocolate Shake (110 calories), 10 strawberries, two handfuls of ice cubes and a little bit of water. The results were delicious! Once blended the smoothie (it was actually more of an ice cream consistency) was huge so I only had half and saved the rest. This was the perfect thing to eat before a workout, refreshing, energizing, tasty and under 100 calories.
Top Right: C-Lo and I hit the West Side Highway stairs for the bulk of our workout. Stairs will get you feeling the burn in no time.
Bottom Left:We got to catch a pretty sunset at the end of our workout. Living in NYC I tend to forget that we are on an island. By-the-water workouts help me remember the beauty.
Bottom Right: Post-workout dinner, yum! Tilapia served with quinoa mixed with corn, avocado & mushrooms
