Exercise Faceoff: Cardio vs Strength

A long time cardio-addict, I’ve recently been adding much more strength training to my workouts. I’m a firm believer that in order to get the best results in terms of overall health, fitness level and weight, a combination of cardio and strength is a must.   • For Confidence (or as WH puts it, to stand in front of the mirror naked): STRENGTH

  • To Get Faster: BOTH

Since I’d like to be skinny, stress-free, confident, injury-free, live for a long time, and improve my race time, I’ll continue my combo of cardio & strength!
