Triathlon Training: Week 1 Results & Week 2 Plans

This past week marked the kick-off of training for the NYC Triathlon. I was pretty successful in completing the workouts. I missed one 30 minute run, but instead did 3 extra spin classes, so I think that is fair trade off…

Now begins Week 2 which is the same as week 1- here’s what we’ve got ahead of us:

  • 30 Min Swim
  • 30 Min Swim
  • 40 Min Bike
  • 40 Min Bike
  • 30 Min Run
  • 30 Min Run
  • 30 Min Run

It’s only day 1 of the week and I’ve already done a 40 min bike ride and a 30 min run, off to a good start!
