For those of you who became confused and/or hungry when I mentioned pretzel. 

The advanced modification is taking your hands off of your leg/the ground and meeting them in a prayer position in front of your chest and balancing while continuing to move your leg. 

A little morning fitness info from Bar Method know-it-all haygirlhay. And speaking of Bar Method, I did the DVD this morning, good way to start a rainy day!
