Tomorrow is December

But let’s reflect on November for a second. I made a list of 9 “November Goals” and am happy to report I accomplished 8 of them (make lunch instead of buy it was my big failure)! One of my goals was to better incorporate running and strength training into my workouts (since SPIN tends to dominate). I’m quite happy with how well I did, and have definitely seen an improvement in my running. November was a FIT month! This has shown me that making small goals works, as opposed to typical New Years Resolutions that I tend to forget about by January 2nd.

Now on to think of some December goals…
