Cleanse Completion & Gym Tips

Last week got busy and I never got to give my cleanse Day #3 review. The last day was fine, it was more of the same, green juice in the morning, spicy lemonade in the afternoon and a healthy dinner.

The main problem I have with making my own cleanse is not being fully prepared. When you buy a multi-day cleanse, the exact amount of juices are delivered and noted as to when you should drink what. For example, the Blueprint cleanse provides 6 juices a day, whereas due to bad planning on my part I only had 2-3.

After my mini-cleanse I was feeling good. But…then I went away for a friends wedding weekend and perhaps overdid it with the abundance of delicious food. It happens!

The good news? If your cleanse fails or it’s been a rough weekend/week/month/year, you can always get in the GYM routine! Have a busy life? It’s fine, get your workout in early. Here are my tips for getting your butt outta bed:
