A quick overview of my made-up cleanse, Day 1:
- 9AM: Green Juice (apple, celery, kale, spinach, cucumber)
- 2PM: Green Juice
- 4PM: Spicy Lemonade (lemon, water, cayenne, agave)
- 7PM: Vegetable soup, carrots + hummus, grapes
Feeling fine, but for Day #2 am going to try to go juice all the way.
