It’s been a great summer, full of travel, races, extravagant meals and more. Now that summer is over (boo), I’ve decided to try a self-made cleanse this week. Because not a week goes by that I don’t have dinner plans, I will work those dinners into the mostly-juice cleanse. I’ll keep you posted on what I’m using in the cleanse and how it’s going. It’s based on the BluePrint Cleanse (http://blueprintcleanse.com/) but hopefully won’t cost me $200 by the time I’m done.
