…and happy DAY 3 of my get-fit(er) diet. Using a shared google document to track workouts and food consumption with a fellow get-fit(er) dieter is the way to go. Makes you think about what you’re eating since it’s going on the document and will include weekly weigh-ins, which neither of us want to fail.

Just enjoyed a delish breakfast of greek yogurt with blueberries to give me some energy after my double spin/abs/weights workout this morning.
