Last night I was treated to an amazing home-cooked Valentine’s dinner. Most of it was pretty Shapin-Up friendly.
Here is the menu (pictures coming later):
- To Start: Mozzarella+Bread+Olive Oil+Sea Salt
- Main Course, Pt. 1: Veal, Shrimp, Broccoli, Butternut Squash
- Main Course, Pt. 2: Scallops
- Dessert (my contribution): Mixed fruit cobbler+Ice Cream
- To Drink: Michelada’s (my favorite!) and wine
