Since I already fell hard off the eat-healthy-wagon, I went all out and made this Apple-Banana-Blueberry Crisp while in New Hampshire. Hey, at least I used Splenda Brown Sugar…right?

Made-Up Recipe:
Filling: 4 sliced apples, 3 sliced bananas and a cup of bluberries, tossed with a cup of brown sugar
Topping: Mix together 1.5 cups of oats, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 stick of melted butter (oops)
Place filling in a shallow pan, then top with oat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream, sit back and enjoy.
