This week’s favorite is “Electric City” by the Black Eyed Peas. I used it in spin this morning for a tough part of climbing. This morning’s class was almost exclusively dedicated to hills. Excluding warm up and cool down, there were 7 hill-climbing songs and only one speed song. Then I took my standard Wednesday run home from the UES. It was HOT this morning which got me nervous for the triathlon since the running is the last part of the race and it’s in the middle of July. Better keep up my “training”!
