Sunday: Morning spin class, short run, evening spin class
Monday: Morning spin class, brief weight lifting, evening bikram yoga class
Tuesday: Morning back-to-back spin classes.
The bikram yoga class I took last night was awesome and I loved the instructor. If you want to check it out, her name is Georgia and I took her evening class at the midtown Bikram Yoga NYC location. Even through the 90 minute, 105 degree heat she was cracking jokes and really made the class fly by.
I packed a swimsuit today and was planning to hit up Equinox for an evening swim…what are the odds I’ll have the energy for that? Starting to get scared for the triathlon!
