How to Waste Time Before Work Pt 2: Train for a Tri

This morning after my 6:30AM spin class on the Upper East Side, I decided to forgo my normal subway ride and instead run the 40 blocks home.  With all my spin classes I’ve been neglecting my running and this is the perfect way to bring it back, triathlon style.  Decided to keep going and instead of just going home, I ran up the stairs to the roof of my building for some stretching and abs. Great way to start the morning! Total calorie burn: 618
