Last week I made THIS recipe from Oh My Veggies. Not only are the finished products pretty, they are nutritious and delicious. I made a few edits to the recipe but for the most part stuck to the recommended ingredients. I removed a few ingredients but still had great results- I took out the egg, the butter and the maple syrup. There are so many other flavorful components to the recipe I didn’t feel the need to replace those items and everything still held together well.
I made these for a dinner party and tripled the recipe and was left with a lot of leftovers, which I was not complaining about. It made for a tasty lunch the next day (and the next…and the next….)
