Ingredients:
15-ounce can pumpkin
¾ cup brown sugar (Splenda would work too)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
8 ounces Cool Whip free
Cut up apples to dipDirections:
1. Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in yogurt.
2. Fold in Cool Whip and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.Makes about 6 cups.
