Perhaps you remember me saying last week that I was avoiding my training. Well, it’s time to get over that and get into action. The best way to get myself motivated is with a plan. I now present you with my 2014 training schedule!
This plan may be a bit ambitious but best to get it all down on paper and do the best I can do. Last season I trained with Team in Training, which included coaching and 3 group training sessions each week. It helped me stick to a schedule (especially the swimming part) but this year, it’s all me. I’ve got friends and coworkers training as well; this will help me stay on top of things and will allow for some fun group workouts along the way.
This plan officially kicks off Monday. I dug out my swim and bike gear that has been buried away since the NYC tri last summer so I’m all prepared.
If you’re looking for a training plan, feel free to follow along! You don’t need to include quite as many spin classes as I’ve got on here (these are the classes I teach) but the rest of the workouts might work for you.
If you have training questions, feel free to ask!
