NYC Triathlon

Back in October I decided it would be fun to do the NYC Traithlon.  After signing up all those months ago, I haven’t done much specifically to prepare for the race (I don’t even have a proper bike to use!).  I searched online for training schedules and suddenly realized that I am supposed to begin this coming Monday.  I’ve created my own personal schedule to help me prep for the race.  It’s an 18 week plan and I will see how closely I can stick to the plan.  I teach 6 spin classes a week so it will be a challenge to toss in runs, swims, and outdoor biking.  Follow me here to track my training.
