My half marathon is this Sunday (eek!) and I’m on the fence about whether to listen to my iPod as I run. I’ve never listened to music during any of the races I’ve run in the past but I’m considering it for this one since it can amp up my energy and give me an extra boost. I normally skip it because I love hearing people cheer, but I think I will have my nano on me at a low volume so I can combine cheering and music. Here is a playlist I put together of about 2 hours of fun running music (some old, some new).
