30 Day Challenges

Have you seen these floating around the internet? I came across this one via AlyHeartsFitness (great insta account to follow) and I’m going to join her for this squat challenge (I started it yesterday). If you’re interested, join as well! I saved the image on my phone so I can refer back daily. Doing 50 squats in a row isn’t so terrible but once the numbers get higher think about spreading out the reps throughout the day (some when you wake up, some before bed, etc).

A quick note on these challenges; they aren’t enough on their own. I like them as an addition to my daily workouts, giving me a little routine to follow, but if you think you can do a bunch of squats each day and get a better butt, it’s probably not going to happen. Good fitness plans are well-rounded so a challenge like this is only one piece of the workout puzzle.
