Part of my weekly training involves two mini ab workouts per week (about 10 mins each). Typically I’ve been doing some sort of variation of THIS or THIS routine, but here’s a new one from PopSugar to add into the mix. It’s 20 minutes and all plank, all the the time. Looks challenging-will have to give it a try this weekend!
