They are the A-list celebrites with the sort of perfect bodies the rest of us can only aspire to. Thing is, they know it – and they aren’t afraid to show it. Enter the ‘healthie’.
I have to disagree with this article. While I agree that these A-listers have better bodies than most of us will ever attain no matter how hard we work, I like that these “healthies” show that celebs with perfect bodies DO in fact work hard for them to look the way they do. These toned models aren’t sitting on the couch to get those muscles, they are putting in their hours at the gym just like me and you.
Nothing drives me crazier than when celebs/models say “I don’t work out and I eat junk food, this is just the way my body is!” because either they are lying and actually do work hard and are trying to fool all of us, or they are being honest, in which case I hate them for obvious reasons.
So if you ask me, keep the healthies coming!
