Last night my Team in Training group had a post-triathlon victory run in Central Park and dinner at On Tap (lil restaurant in the Whole Foods at Columbus Circle). It was so great to get back together with the girls for a 30 minute run in the park, plus we got to hear from our coaches one more time to close out our season.

The coaches touched upon other races we should consider to keep up with all the hard work we put into the NYC Tri. They recommended marathons, other triathlons, sprint triathlons and possibly a half ironman (or full if you’re feeling crazy).

I’ve written about it briefly but I’m pretty sure next summer I’ll sign up for half Ironman, but more on that in the future (when I figure things out).

Overall I can say that training with Team in Training for the tri was an amazing experience. If you’re considering it and would like to hear more, shoot me and a message and I’ll fill you in!
