If you’re in NYC and want to take my spin class, this Sunday is your chance!
This summer I’ll be competing in my 4th NYC Triathlon and as a member of Team in Training I am raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. 100% of proceeds from the charity spin ride will go towards reaching my fundraising goal.
Here are the details:
When: This Sunday, April 21st, two class options:
- 5:30pm 45 Minute Ride
- 6:30pm 60 Minute Ride
Where: New York Sports Club, 23 West 73rd Street (between Central Park West & Columbus Avenue)
Cost: Suggested donation $25 per bike
What You Get: An awesome ride taught by ME, plus there will be prizes given out at both classes
