Here are some pretty standard ab moves from FitSugar. Beneath each photo are recommended reps. When I’m working out with friends we use our abs time to catch up and chat as we tone. Since it’s nearly impossible to count reps and have a conversation, I set my iPhone stopwatch and do each move for 1 minute. If you’re working out with a buddy, do the above routine and you’ve got a solid 9 minute abs workout.
Aim to add this to your workout every other day. Summer is right around the corner, eek!
